Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the UK and Europe usually takes 5–10 business days, or 4–7 business days with Priority delivery (£11.99 at checkout). Estimated times for other destinations are shown at checkout. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
14-day returns. Request a return by email within 14 days of delivery; items must be unworn, with tags attached. Email contact@keeper.boutique with your order number to start a return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Men's jackets use UK sizing and are cut for a regular fit — true to size, with room for a jumper underneath. Women's styles list their size range on each product page.

Leather & faux leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Condition genuine leather once or twice a season. Never machine wash or tumble dry — if it gets wet, air-dry away from direct heat.
Waxed cotton: brush off dirt and wipe with cold water only — no soap or detergent. Re-wax once a year to keep it water-resistant.
Shearling & faux fur: shake out and air; spot-clean only. Specialist dry clean when needed.
Storage: hang on a wide, padded hanger in a cool, dry place. Avoid plastic covers — let the jacket breathe.

Ok price and ok delivery time. It looks good and feels good. Fits nice. I'm a large and it fits snuggly. Is not for real cold weather, just mild or somewhat a bit like a wind breaker. No hoodie. I love the color. Due to the price I can only hope that it lasts.
