We want you to love your jacket. If it isn't right, send it back — in the UK, returns are on us.
1. 14-day returns, for any reason
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason — including change of mind or wrong size. This applies to full-price and discounted items, including orders placed with a discount code.
2. Free returns in the UK
For orders delivered in the United Kingdom, return shipping is free. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Outside the UK you still have 14 days to return; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. How to start a return
Email contact@keeper.boutique with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and, for UK orders, a prepaid label. Please send the item back within 14 days of contacting us.
4. Condition
Please return items unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached where possible. You can try the jacket on at home as you would in a shop. If an item comes back used or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, as permitted by law.
5. Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method, including the original standard delivery charge. Optional add-ons such as Shipping Protection are not refundable.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Tell us when you get in touch and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock. UK exchanges are free.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, wherever you are.
8. Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
