Delivery to the UK & Europe: usually 5–10 business days (Priority: 4–7 business days). Estimated times for other destinations are shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Yes. Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Size exchanges are available for unworn items — please see our Refund Policy for full details.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). In rare cases, import charges may apply depending on how your order is shipped; any such charges are the recipient's responsibility, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email and refund you to your original payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Simply send us an email to contact@keeper.boutique with the following information: Order number, Full name, Item(s) you wish to return, Brief description of the reason (optional, but helps us improve). After reviewing your request, we will send you the return address and further instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email. If the refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take slightly longer for the funds to appear in your account.
We accept major credit and debit cards, plus the other secure payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
We process orders very quickly. If you wish to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@keeper.boutique with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, a subsequent change is no longer possible – however, you can arrange a return after receiving your order in accordance with our policy.
